Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the prohibited uses of the Zero.ms network and services. This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
1. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our services to perform:
- Illegal Activities: Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Network Abuse: Launch DDoS attacks, port scannings, or any other form of network interference against any other network or host.
- Spam: Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or host software that supports such activities.
- Malicious Software: Distribute viruses, worms, trojan horses, or other malicious software.
- Intellectual Property Infringement: Host or distribute content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
2. Security
You are responsible for the security of your own systems and servers. You must take reasonable steps to secure your systems against unauthorized access. If your compromised system is used to attack others or perform any of the actions forementioned at point 1 of this AUP, we reserve the right to suspend your service immediately.
3. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate potential violations of this AUP. If we determine that a violation has occurred, we may take immediate action, including but not limited to:
- Warning the user.
- Suspending network access.
- Terminating the account.
- Reporting the activity to law enforcement.
