95th percentile billing

Your traffic is sampled every 5 minutes throughout the month. The top 5% of peak samples are discarded, and you're billed at the resulting 95th percentile value - with your committed bandwidth as the floor. This means short spikes don't inflate your bill; you're only charged for your sustained usage.

Questions about pricing

Can I scale my commitment up or down?

Yes. You can increase or decrease your bandwidth commitment anytime. Changes are prorated in the next billing cycle. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades respect your current billing period.

What happens if I exceed my committed bandwidth?

We monitor your usage and alert you if you approach your limit. There are no overage charges - we'll discuss a commitment increase in advance so you have time to plan and budget.

Is there a minimum term?

Commitments are month-to-month on Normal and Business tiers. Enterprise customers typically commit to 12 months for best pricing - ask us for a custom quote.

Do you offer discounts for multi-year commitments?

Yes. Annual prepayment typically saves 10–15%. Talk to us about your expected scale and we'll work out the best terms.

What's included in the support tier?

Normal: email and NOC ticketing. Business: adds Slack + faster response times. Enterprise: adds WhatsApp and phone for immediate access during critical events. All tiers include profile management and configuration changes per the SLA.
